As it turns out, the Cabots have actually been alive for many hundreds of years, thanks to a youth serum concocted by the former man of the house, Lorenzo. If that's not enough in itself to immediately set alarm bells off in your head that something's amiss, events only get weirder when the family's patriarch - Jack Cabot - asks you retrieve a mysterious serum and find his sister Emogene, who, bizarrely, looks old enough to be his mother. While residents of the wider Fallout world contend with day-to-day living in an inhospitable wasteland of radiation, raiders and Deathclaws, the Cabot family is living life as if the Great War never happened residing in the pristine family home that appears untouched by war.
